DRIFT A sound bath and tea experience Some experiences are simply unlike anything you have encountered before. **DRIFT** is an intimate evening created around sound, tea and the art of rest. On the evening of **14 October**, the Hästens Sleep Spa in Cape Town welcomes guests for an evening that begins with an introduction to the Sleep Spa and a curated **Hästens Tea Experience**, before transitioning into an immersive sound bath on the world's finest beds. The evening begins with a welcome from the Hästens Cape Town team, followed by an introduction to the Sleep Spa and the Hästens Tea Experience. Guests will have the opportunity to slow down, settle in and enjoy a carefully considered tea ritual before the sound bath begins. KDB Wellness then guides guests through an immersive sound bath, a restorative practice using the resonant frequencies of instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and tuning forks. The experience takes place lying comfortably on Hästens beds, allowing guests to experience the sound bath in an environment created specifically around rest and sleep. The Hästens bed beneath you is central to the experience. Crafted by hand in Sweden using natural materials including cotton, wool and flax, each Hästens bed is designed to provide exceptional support and comfort. **DRIFT** is not a workshop or a class. It is an intimate evening designed to create space to slow down, disconnect from the outside world and experience sound and rest in a different setting. You will be lying down for the duration of the sound bath. Spaces are strictly limited to ensure an intimate experience. On-street parking is available along Somerset Road and around the back of Somerset Square via Highfield Road. Additional parking can be found opposite the Gallows Hill Traffic Department.
